5) Does stress make you break out?
According to www.acne.com,
acne does not come from anything that you do, like freaking
out about things. It comes from “far beneath the
surface of your skin.” Hormones, bacteria, inflammation,
follicle fallout, and extra sebum are the main “acne
culprits.”
Stress can sometimes do some strange things to your everyday
activities like affect your diet or the amount of exercise
you’re getting. These changes in behavior are more
likely to cause breakouts than tension and stress alone.
Make sure to wash your face every night and morning, eat
right, and get some exercise, and your acne should mellow
out. If not, see a doctor, because modern medicine has
tons of treatments for it (and a lot more people than you
think use them). |
